Meet William Sitter

Yes, my proper name is William Sitter, but I am known both personally and professionally as Bill Sitter. I am blessed to have a wonderful wife, 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Our log and stone home is called Sanctuary and is located in an ideal setting, on the edge of the scenic Texas Hill Country. This provides the perfect venue for our face to face coaching sessions. Of course, long distance coaching is easily available via Skype with high speed internet or telephone. Based on the belief that we should all want to be continuous life learners, I graduated with an MBA, at the top of my university class, at age 50. My hope is that every single business or individual coaching client will share my desire to always seek ways to grow and improve, spiritually, physically, mentally and financially.

The opportunity to serve our clients as an Executive Life Coach allows me to draw upon
many facets of my career, as well as a variety of my personal life experiences. I have been blessed to achieve success in many business and non-profit environments, both domestically and internationally, with large corporations including Caterpillar; in top executive roles with mid-sized multi-state businesses; as owner of a highly respected retained executive search consulting firm; and as founder and president of a non-profit ministry. The ministry provides foundational financial training using a combination of biblical principles coupled with a heavy dose of practical application practices.”

In 2013 Bill Sitter accepted the role of Area Chairman with C12Group. He currently serves as Chairman and Facilitator of three peer Boards, in San Antonio and New Braunfels, TX. Each Board is comprised of Christian CEOs, Owners and Very Key Executives who are committed to operational excellence coupled with a desire to bringing forth the Kingdom of God in the market spaces they each touch. This translates to “Building Great Businesses (and non-profit organizations) for a Greater Purpose”. This Chairman role allows Bill to utilize his business management and Christian Life Coaching skills, and his experience as Founder of a financial training ministry, to help dedicated leaders achieve true “Success” from a Kingdom Perspective.
